Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Non-Returnable Policy: Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, all items are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Goods: In the unlikely event that a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is delivered, we will provide a free replacement or refund as applicable.

Reporting Window: All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: To avail of a replacement or refund, customers are mandatorily required to provide images and an unboxing video to our customer support team.

Replacement Logistics: Replacements depend on stock availability; if the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. Replacements cannot be shipped to an alternate address.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Once initiated, it typically takes 6–7 business days to reflect in your bank account.
